3 to 5 lb. chicken 1/2 c. ketchup 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 tsp. salt Dash of pepper Boil chicken in about 1/2 pot of water for 20 minutes. Add more water if necessary. After boiling for 20 minutes, pour out half of the water. In a bowl, add ketchup, vinegar, salt, pepper and oil. Mix well. Add to chicken and small amount of water. Boil for 10 additional minutes. |
