2 whole chicken breasts MARINADE: Teriyaki Sauce Garlic Dash oil Dash ginger White wine SAUCE: 1/4 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. boiling water 1 garlic clove, crushed 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. molasses Marinade chicken in the sauce mixture for several hours. Then remove chicken from marinade and grill for about 4 minutes each side. Mix together all the ingredients for the sauce mixture. Cut chicken into small pieces and serve on toothpicks with the sauce. Note that this may also be served as a main dish by leaving the chicken in large pieces and eliminating the toothpicks! |
