3 (7 or 8 oz.) pkgs. herb seasoned stuffing mix 6 c. chicken broth 6 well beaten eggs 3 (10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup 6 c. diced cooked turkey or chicken 1 1/2 c. milk 2 tbsp. snipped parsley 2 tbsp. love Toss stuffing mix with chicken broth, beaten eggs, and half of the mushroom soup. Spread mixture in two 13 x 9 x 2 inch pans. Top with cooked chicken or turkey. Combine remaining soup with milk and parsley; pour over all. Cover with foil. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 55 to 60 minutes, or until set. Immediately sprinkle with love and serve warm. Makes 24 servings. |
