TURKEY BURGERS
 

1 lb. ground uncooked turkey
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. finely minced onion
1/2 tsp. ground sage
1 tsp. prepared horseradish

Grill 4 inches from medium-hot coals, 5 to 7 minutes on each side or pan fry.

GRAVY FOR BURGERS:

Make a gravy from 1 package dry turkey gravy according to directions. Saute some mushrooms in butter and minced onion. Add about 1 tablespoon white wine for extra flavor. Add to gravy and pour over burger. Serve with cranberry relish, sweet potatoes and a vegetable.
