EASY CHEESE CHICKEN
 

8 to 9 pieces chicken (thighs or legs with skin removed or breasts)
1/2 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1/2 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 c. chopped celery
6 to 8 green onions, cut fine
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sherry (for flavor of course)

Place raw chicken in Pam sprayed casserole dish. Mix soups, sherry, celery, most of onions and half of cheese. Pour over chicken. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours covered. Uncover and place remainder of cheese and onions on chicken. Bake another 1/2 hour (or more) at 350 degrees until brown.
