3 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken 1 1/2 c. cooked med. egg noodles 1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. chicken broth 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained 1 tbsp. minced onion 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1 tbsp. celery flakes 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper Combine all ingredients; spoon into a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until casserole is thoroughly heated. Yield 4 to 6 servings. |
