Chicken breasts or tenders (1-2 lb. tenders or 4 breasts, skinned) Honey MARINADE: 1 1/2 c. soy sauce 2 tsp. ginger 1 tsp. ginger powder Marinate chicken for 20 minutes. Grill chicken, turning frequently for no more than 10 minutes. Baste liberally with honey, for last 3 minutes of cooking. Serves 4 (or 5 if children involved). |
