POPPYSEED CHICKEN
 

1 pkg. skinned boneless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 roll Ritz crackers
2 tbsp. poppyseed
1 stick butter, melted

Lay chicken breast (whole or cut in bite size) in 9 x 13 inch dish. Mix soups and sour cream and pour over chicken. Sprinkle ground up Ritz crackers over the soups. Melt butter and pour over crackers, sprinkle poppyseed over all of this. Bake at least 1 hour (up to 2 hours) at 350 degrees. Serve over rice or noodles. Rich, tasty and easy!
