TURKEY CORNMEAL BURGERS
 

1 1/4 lbs. ground turkey
2 tbsp. cornmeal
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 egg white
2 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. salsa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. frozen corn, cooked & drained

Combine turkey, cornmeal, lime, egg white, chili powder and salt. Mix, shape into 5 burgers. Heat oil. Cook patties 3 to 5 minutes per side. In small pan combine corn and salsa. Serve over the burgers.
