1 lb. ground turkey 1 c. sliced celery 2 tbsp. butter 6 oz. sliced water chestnuts 1 1/2 cans water 6 oz. pkg. seasoned long grain & wild rice 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup 2 c. chow mein noodles Saute turkey and celery in butter. Pour into 2 1/2 quart casserole. Add remaining ingredients except noodles; mix lightly. Bake, covered for 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Add chow mein noodles. Bake 15 minutes more. Serve with soy sauce. |
