1 (5 lb.) bag chicken wings 1 c. water 1 c. soy sauce 1/4 to 1/2 c. pineapple juice 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. oil 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. ground ginger Mix until sugar dissolves. Pour over chicken wings. Marinate overnight. Lay chicken wings out singly (one layer) on a cookie sheet. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Put in pot to keep warm. |
