4 chicken breasts, boneless, cut into sm. pieces 1 lg. pkg. Italian style vegetables or use fresh broccoli, zucchini, carrots, onions, cut in bite size pieces; red or green peppers, anything you like! 1 lg. tomato, cut in chunks 1 clove garlic, chopped Ground red pepper to taste Black pepper to taste 2 c. cooked sm. curly pasta Oil for frying Stir fry chicken until no longer pink. Remove from pan. Stir fry vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes and remove from pan. Quick stir fry tomato garlic and peppers. Put all back in pan and add cooked pasta. Heat and serve with grated Italian cheese. |
