8 oz. macaroni 2 1/2 lb. roasting chicken 1 (10 oz.) pitted dates 1 c. celery 2 med. Red Delicious apples 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1 c. light mayonnaise 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. black pepper Cook and cool chicken. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix cut up apples, celery and walnuts. Mix mayonnaise, milk, salt and pepper; toss all together. Place on bed of lettuce. 8 servings. |
