1 chicken, cooked, deboned & shredded 1 head lettuce 1/2 c. green onion, chopped 1/2 c. sunflower seeds 1/2 c. cashews Bean sprouts DRESSING: 4 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. oil (include 2 tbsp. sesame oil) 6 tsp. vinegar 1/2 tsp. ginger 2 tsp. soy sauce Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl. Combine dressing separately and chill. Pour dressing over salad just before serving. Serves 6. |
