Boned white chicken meat Sliced Chinese cabbage Green onions, chopped Water chestnuts, sliced Green pea pods, blanched Slivered red pepper &/or pimento Oriental noodle soup mix (uncooked, no seasoning) Slivered almonds Sesame seeds Saute last 3 ingredients in 2 tablespoons oil for 3-4 minutes. Mix all other ingredients in large bowl, add sauteed mixture. Add salad dressing and serve. DRESSING: 1/3 c. oil 1/3 c. rice vinegar 5 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. white pepper |
