2 chicken breasts, halved Dijon mustard (approx. 3 tbsp.) Italian style bread crumbs (approx. 1/2 c.) Spray shallow baking dish with non-stick spray. Using pastry brush coat chicken with Dijon mustard. Put bread crumbs in cereal bowl and roll chicken in bread crumbs until coated. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 1 hour, then uncover and bake on additional 1/2 hour. Serves 4. |
