MARINADE: 1/3 c. olive oil 3 tbsp. honey 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. dried sage 8 chicken breast halves GLAZE: 1/3 c. honey 2 tbsp. lemon juice 6 drops hot pepper sauce Mix marinade in large bowl. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Mix glaze ingredients. Remove chicken and discard marinade. Grill chicken about 15 minutes (or until done), brushing with glaze. 8 servings. |
