2 whole chicken breasts, halved, boned & skinned 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. sour cream 4 tbsp. chutney 1 tsp. curry powder 1 lemon Freshly ground black pepper Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lay 4 pieces of chicken flat in oven dish. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, chutney, curry powder and juice of lemon. Cover chicken with sauce. Place in preheated oven. Bake 12-15 minutes. Couscous or rice are a good accompaniment. |
