4 turkey cutlets 3 cloves garlic 1/4 lemon 1 med. yellow onion 1/2 cube butter 1 c. rice 1 c. chicken broth Heat medium pan over medium heat with butter. Add onion and garlic and saute (not brown). Cook turkey until done, not brown, add lemon. Cook rice with chicken broth (no water) until done. Serve cutlets over rice. Enjoy! |
