About 4 lbs. turkey drumsticks
3 tbsp. flour

Sprinkle flour in large cooking bag (14 x 20 inches). Place turkey in bag and shake bag to coat. Place in baking pan. Mix the following ingredients and pour mixture over turkey: 1/2 c. catsup 1 tsp. dried oregano 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 c. chicken broth 1/2 c. dry white wine

Before baking, close and fasten bag tightly -- cut 3 slits in top of bag. Bake until turkey is tender and no longer pink, about 1 1/2 hours.

IN MICROWAVE: Using about 2 1/2 pounds of meat and half the recipe, I bake 30 minutes on one side and then about 16 on the other on 1/2 power.
