TURKEY DIVAN
 

2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli or 2 bunches fresh broccoli (do not overcook)
2 or 3 lbs. cooked turkey, diced or sliced

SAUCE:

2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or sharp cheese
1/2 c. toasted bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter

In a flat casserole dish, put a layer of broccoli and turkey. Prepare sauce; pour over broccoli and turkey. Top with bread crumbs and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. This recipe can be made ahead of time and heated.

Chicken can be used instead of turkey.
