1 tbsp. sesame seeds 1/4 c. honey 1/4 c. white vinegar 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. sesame oil 1 scallion, minced 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp. fresh ginger 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper 4 c. salad greens 3-4 lb. cooked chicken, cubed Sesame seeds for garnish In saucepan toast sesame seeds in oil. Add honey, vinegar, soy sauce, scallion, garlic, ginger, red pepper and chicken. Warm thoroughly and toss with salad greens. Serve. |
