EASY OVEN CRISPY CHICKEN
 

7 c. corn flakes, crushed to approximately 2 c.
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 c. flour (plain)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 lb. frying chicken pieces, rinsed and dried
3 tbsp. butter, melted

In small mixing bowl, beat egg and milk slightly. Add flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth. Dip chicken in batter. Coat with crushed corn flakes. Place in single layer, skin side up, in greased or foil-lined shallow baking pan, uncovered. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 1 hour or until tender. Do not turn chicken while baking.
