Chicken breasts, filleted and skinned 1 can pineapple chunks and slices 1/2 c. pineapple juice 1 chopped onion 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. soy sauce 2 tbsp. ginger 1 tbsp. chicken drippings Brown chicken. Place in casserole. Add remaining ingredients. Cover. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. If more juice is needed, add water or pineapple juice. Broth is good over rice. |
