1/2 c. crushed bran flakes
1/4 c. sunflower seeds, chopped
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
4-6 chicken breast halves
1 (16 oz.) can peach halves
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Combine bran flakes and seeds and seasoned salt. Combine (in another dish) the melted butter and lemon juice. Dip chicken pieces in butter mixture, then in bran mixture to coat the pieces evenly. Put in baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
About the last 30 minutes of baking add the peach halves, that have been drained and sprinkled with the remaining butter and bran flakes mixture.
