1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 tbsp. sherry
3/4 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Mix together, pour over chicken and marinade overnight, garnish with pineapple.
