2 1/2 c. spaghetti, broken into 2-inch lengths & cooked 4 c. cooked chicken, chopped 1/2 c. pimento, diced 1 c. onion, chopped 1/2 c. green pepper, diced 2 cans mushroom soup 1 c. chicken broth 1 tsp. salt 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (reserve 1 c. to sprinkle on top) Mix all ingredients in casserole dish. Top with reserve cup of cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. |
