1 chicken, cut up into serving pieces 1/4 tsp. crushed rosemary (use blender to do this) 1/4 tsp. cumin 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning 1/2 tsp. rubbed sage 1 can cream of chicken soup Fry chicken in oil until brown. Remove excess grease. Mix chicken soup with 1 can of water. Add the seasonings to the soup mixture. Pour over the chicken. Simmer for 45-60 minutes. Use the soup mixture as a gravy for potatoes or rice. |
