Combine chicken or turkey cubes, with 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 pint sour cream. (Use 2 cans of soup if needed.)
Make Peppridge Farm stuffing mix as directed on package. I personally add 1 can of chicken broth and 1 can of water to the mix.
Spoon stuffing over turkey-chicken mixture and bake for about 1/2 hour in a 350 degree oven.
