Cook chicken, debone and skin and cut into chunks. Cook shells, run cold water through. Also put a little oil in water while cooking to prevent boil over and pasting together. Chop onion, tomatoes and celery. Drain pineapple and save the juice. Cook the peas a little. Drain. Mix all of the above in large bowl.
Mix Miracle Whip with a little pineapple juice, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup vinegar, salt and white pepper to taste. Mix into chicken salad to desired consistency. Garnish with parsley and tomato chunks.
