1 can mushrooms 1 sm. green pepper 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. flour Salt and pepper to taste 1 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon 1 1/2 c. milk 1 1/4 c. hot water 2 c. chopped turkey or chicken 1 sm. pkg. frozen carrots and peas Saute mushrooms, green pepper in butter for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Blend in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over turkey; add carrots and peas. Put in oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve over toast, noodles or mashed potatoes. |
