BREADED CHICKEN BREASTS
 

2 lbs. chicken breast (about 8 patties)
2 eggs
Garlic powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Milk
Parmesan cheese
Bread crumbs (Italian)
Lemon juice
butter

Mix eggs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, milk, and cheese in deep dish. Dip breast in mixture, then in bread crumbs and fry in pan (quickly) until brown on both sides.

Put chicken after frying in casserole dish; put pieces of butter on chicken breast and sprinkle lemon juice on chicken breast. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
