HAWAIIAN CHICKEN
 

2 lg. or 4 sm. pkgs. chicken cutlets, cut into sm. pieces
Plain bread crumbs (about 3 c.)
Vegetable oil for frying
2 cans pineapple chunks, in juice
2 cans mandarin orange slices (sm.)
1 lg. Saucy Susan
1 bottle maraschino cherries

Bread and lightly brown chicken pieces (be careful not to cook too long). Place in roasting pan or lasagna pan. Mix Saucy Susan, pineapple juice, some orange and cherry juice together and pour over chicken. Distribute pineapple chunks, orange slices and cherries evenly over chicken. Heat in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
