4 chicken breast halves, cooked & cubed 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup 40 round buttery crackers, crushed 1/4 c. butter, melted 2 to 3 tbsp. poppy seeds Combine chicken, sour cream and soup. Turn into a 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine cracker crumbs and butter. Spread over chicken mixture. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
