Bring to a boil: 2 tbsp. salt 1 med. onion, chopped 1 stalk celery, chopped 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
Add about 4 medium potatoes, diced small. Cook until done. Add 2 tablespoons flour to 1/2 pint sour cream. Blend and stir into soup. Stir constantly until thickened. Put in about 1/2 stick of butter. Bring to boil and serve.
