6 med. potatoes, cooked in jackets 1/2 c. onion, chopped 4 hard cooked eggs, diced Salt & pepper to taste Dill weed 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 c. Hellman's mayonnaise Peel and dice the potatoes and place in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate overnight, additional mayonnaise may be added just before serving if salad is too dry. 6 servings. |
