4 to 5 baking potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices Marinate in butter sauce. 1/2 lb. butter 1 tbsp. parsley flakes & onion flakes Seasoned pepper Garlic powder Salt to taste Melt and pour over potatoes about 1/2 hour before putting on grill. Grill marinated potatoes for about 15 minutes or until golden brown and tender. Add more butter while grilling. Do not use hot fire. |
