8-10 new potatoes, cooked in skin 1/4 c. cider vinegar 1/2 c. salad oil 2 tsp. seasoned salt 1 1/2 tsp. parsley 1/2 tsp. dill weed 1 med. red onion, sliced and separated Remove potato skins while warm; slice. Combine remaining ingredients (except onions). Mix well. Pour dressing over potatoes. Add onions and toss. |
