8 med. potatoes, boiled, peeled, and sliced 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 c. sour cream 1 1/2 tsp. horseradish 1 tsp. celery seed 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. fresh parsley, chopped 1 bunch green onions, chopped Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, celery seed, and salt. Combine parsley and green onions (tops too). Put layer of potatoes in bowl. Top with mayonnaise mix, then green vegetables. Make at least two layers of each, chill well. Serves 8-10. |
