PORK CHOPS & SCALLOPED POTATOES
 

6 pork chops, browned
8 med. potatoes, peeled & sliced
1 lg. onion, chopped
6 slices cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

In a 1 1/2 quart greased baking dish alternate layers of potatoes, onions, and cheese. Mix soup, milk and seasonings. Pour over potatoes. Do not stir. Top with browned pork chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6.
