1 lb. shrimp 4-5 white potatoes 1 lg. onion 1 bunch green onion 1 sm. bell pepper Cut potatoes in small square (cubes). Cut onions, green onions and bell pepper. Fry potatoes in cooking oil until golden brown. Remove and drain. Saute seasoning. Fry smoke sausages, saute shrimp. Put all above ingredients in a pot with 1/2 cup of boiling water. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over hot rice. |
