FIRST LAYER: 4 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 tbsp. milk 1 tbsp. sugar 2 pkg. Dream Whip (mix per pkg. instructions) 2 graham cracker pie crusts Mix cream cheese, milk and sugar well. Stir in Dream Whip. Pour into pie crusts. SECOND LAYER: 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/4 tsp. ground cloves 2 pkg. (4 oz.) instant pudding & pie filling (vanilla) 1 c. cold milk Mix milk and pudding until thick. Stir in pumpkin and spices; mix well. Spread over first layer. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. |
