1 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. peanut butter 1 pie shell, baked 1 pkg. sugar-free or regular instant vanilla pudding 2 c. milk 1 tbsp. peanut butter 1 sm. container Cool Whip Combine powdered sugar and 1/2 cup peanut butter until crumbly (use mixer). Sprinkle 3/4 of this over bottom of pan. Mix pudding according to directions, adding 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. Pour into pie shell. Spread thin layer of Cool Whip over pudding. Sprinkle remainder of powdered sugar/ peanut butter mixture over Cool Whip as decoration. |
