1/2 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. cream cheese 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar Med. size container Cool Whip Whatever cooked pie crust you prefer Using mixer on medium speed, mix peanut butter and cream cheese together. Add confectioners' sugar, mix well. Add 2/3 container of Cool Whip. Mix thoroughly. Put mixed ingredients into pie crust, top with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
