LOW CHOLESTEROL ICE CREAM PIE

12 Oreo cookies, crushed
1 1/2 gal. Simple Pleasure ice cream
1 sm. tub low-cal Cool Whip
Chocolate sprinkles
Pecans
Chocolate or butterscotch syrup

Line a 9-inch glass or ceramic pie pan with crushed cookies. Spoon on all ice cream. Cover with Cool Whip. Top with sprinkles and nuts. Top that with chocolate or butterscotch syrup. Serve immediately. Serves 8.
