PEANUT BUTTER PIE
 

1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 carton Cool Whip or other whipped topping
1 graham cracker crust or a regular baked pie crust if you prefer

Whip peanut butter and cream cheese together until fluffy, add sugar gradually, add milk and beat. Fold in whipped topping, pour into pie crust and chill at least 3 hours before serving. If you like, sprinkle top with 1/4 cup chopped peanuts.

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

18 graham crackers
3/4 c. crushed peanuts
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar

Mix all together and press into pie pan.
