FILLING: 4 c. sliced peaches 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. plain flour 2 tbsp. lemon juice Combine all ingredients. Mix gently. Pour into two unbaked 9-inch pie shells. TOPPING: 1/2 c. butter 3/4 c. plain flour 1/2 c. sugar Cream butter, sugar and flour until crumbly. Spread over pie filling. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes more. Serve warm. |
