27 Oreos, crushed
1/3 c. melted butter

Mix and line a 9 x 13 inch pan with 1/2 of mixture. Add 1/2 gallon butter brickle ice cream. Melt 1 can Hershey's syrup over hot water and cool. Pour over ice cream. Spread 9 oz. Cool Whip or chocolate and sprinkle other half of crumbs on top and freeze.
