MAPLE SYRUP PECAN PIE
 

3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. maple syrup
1 c. pecan halves

Beat together with rotary beater the eggs, sugar, salt, butter and maple syrup. Mix in 1 cup pecan halves. Pour into 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell. Bake until set and pastry is nicely browned, 375 degrees, 40 to 50 minutes. Cool and enjoy.
