(This is a great beginner cooking dish for the kids!)

1 lg. can peaches, sliced
1 box Jiffy cake mix (yellow or white)
1/2 bottle liquid corn oil butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon, apple pie spice & nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Place peaches, cinnamon, apple pie spice, nutmeg and vanilla flavoring in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Stir until mixed. Sprinkle cake mix over the mixture, covering the entire mixture. Squeeze liquid butter over the cake mixture, covering all the entire mixture (use a little extra butter if you have to). Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Serves 6.
